About the Author: Muhammad Iqbal Malik

Muhammad Iqbal Malik received his B.A. in Mathematics and Statistics from Government College Lahore and a diploma in Computer Sciences from the National College of Computer Sciences. He later received M.A in Human Resource Management from the University of the Punjab.

Iqbal enjoys a diverse professional experience in areas such as banking, computing, software development, project management, quality management and human resource management.

During his 20 year career, Iqbal has served in many of the reputed software houses in Pakistan including PowerSoft19, eWorx, Descon IT24 etc. He headed software development and project management office at Descon IT24 and later assumed the role of Manager Human Resources. He currently heads Human Resources at Innovative (Pvt) Ltd.

Iqbal is also a global member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He lives in Lahore, Pakistan
